The aim of the organisation is to create connections between the POEMS portal and the school website. The dissemination of the project will be lead through the competent boards during the school meetings which envolve the whole staff.


I.C. Grosseto 3

L’IC Grosseto 3 is associated partner in the POEMS project. The dissemination of the project's activities and results will take place through multiple channels; within the school, results will be shared in institutional settings (Teachers' Colleges, staff meetings, departments), through the experiences of the involved teachers, using slides and Power Point , as well as the exhibition of the concrete products created. In order to inform the school and the local community, a seminar is planned in the initial phase to illustrate the contents and objectives of the project and one in the final phase, to show the achieved results. Webinars will be held on the eTwinning platform. Local media, TV, radio, online and digital newspapers, school social channels, school website will be used to foster the dissemination of the project activities and results


IC Rita Levi Montalcini

IC Rita Levi Montalcini is associated partner in the POEMS project. The school will contribute to the dissemination and exploitation of the results through its collegial organs (disciplinary departments, Teachers' Board, School Council, etc.), with public meetings aimed at families and the entire community, also with the contribution of the local authorities and other educational agencies in the area.


IC Sestini

I.C. Sestini will contribute to the dissemination and enhancement of the project by posting the link to the project web page on its institutional website and promoting as "best practices" among its teachers the proposals on emotional intelligence issues arising from the Project.

USR Toscana

The website of the Ufficio Scolastico Regionale per la Toscana, a peripheral branch of the Ministry of Education and Merit, is consulted, at a regional level, by School Headmasters, administrative staff, teachers, students and families of the more than 600 Tuscan schools, both public and private, and by staff of universities, local authorities, research centres and other organisations that collaborate with the Office in various ways. At a national level, the users are civil servants and staff of the Ministry of Education of Merit and of the Regional School Offices, school headmasters, teachers, students and families. At the European level, users are staff of other Regional Education Authorities, teachers and school headmasters, universities, research organisations and other Erasmus+ and European project partners. An annual average of 100,000 users is estimated.

The site is an information site dedicated to teachers and experts in education. This website is viewed by users from schools, universities, associations, NGOs, public organizations, training agencies, parents, and others interested in the educational programmes/projects (an estimated 300 users annually). They may now become aware of and benefit from the POEMS project.


iTeach

iTeach aims to create an advanced virtual environment for teachers' professional development. This environment integrates Web 2.0 tools and specific virtual community facilities to provide information and training and facilitate the exchange of experience. It also supports the development of distance learning projects and socio-professional collaboration and helps familiarization with new technologies. On the iTeach.ro platform, users have access to a range of collaborative tools, online courses, specialized magazines, news, information and resources for teaching. This website is visited by users from schools, universities, associations, NGOs, public organizations, training agencies, parents, and others interested in educational programs/projects (an estimated 5,100 users annually). They may now become acquainted with and benefit from the POEMS project.


EduMat+

The EDUMAT+ project has the aim to provide teaching and educational methodological support to teachers for teaching coding and STEAM in primary school; use coding and STEAM as an innovative tool to support and implement the teaching of humanities and explore the activation of digital education paths for primary schools in order to explore selected topics of the 2030 agenda and Humanities. The EduMat website provides information about the POEMS project together with a direct link to its Portal. EduMat users may now learn about and benefit from the POEMS project.


Saulkrasti District Secondary School

Saulkrasti District Secondary School has 750 students, 55 teachers and it is a general secondary school. In December 2017, the school celebrated its 105th anniversary. The school is located in three separate buildings - one is for the younger grades - 1st-4th grade and the second building is for the 5th-12th grade students, the third - for the 1st-9th grade students. We have been working with children with special needs for about 5 years. The school also promotes the full participation of young people in the social, political, cultural and sports fields in local, national and international projects.

Dr. Sefa Coşğun

Dr. Sefa Coşğun, a child and adolescent psychiatrist, has dedicated his professional career to supporting the psychological development of children and adolescents, identifying their emotional needs early on, and developing effective solutions. Throughout his education and career, he has extensively studied neurodevelopmental disorders, personality development, emotional trauma, and various psychotherapeutic methods, placing significant emphasis on the emotional and social development of children and young people. The Erasmus+ funded POEMS Project, which aims to foster emotional intelligence and strengthen inclusive educational practices in schools, aligns directly with Dr. Coşğun’s profound knowledge and clinical expertise regarding the emotional worlds of children and adolescents. His academic research and international projects focusing on personality development and emotional intelligence in children (such as the EARLY Project) create valuable connections with interdisciplinary initiatives like POEMS. Dr. Coşğun’s website/blog is actively visited by parents, educators, school administrators, and professionals in the field, providing comprehensive and up-to-date information about such projects.


Teacher X

Teacher X develops content to support teachers' professional development and disseminates these resources through online training programs to encourage practices that foster inclusive and supportive learning environments in schools. In this context, Teacher X introduced the Erasmus+ funded POEMS (Promoting Emotional Intelligence in Schools) Project through the April newsletter and will soon feature it on the blog page. Teacher X’s robust communication network, which reaches approximately 25,000 teachers from around 70 different brands across various provinces of Turkey, significantly contributes to raising awareness about the POEMS Project among educators and the broader educational community.


Jesuitak Indautxu

Jesuitak Indautxu is a school located in the city centre of Bilbao. It was founded in 1921. With more than 2000 students, it includes Primary and Secondary Education, as well as VET Training programmes. It collaborates in ERASMUS + projects for mobility and innovation. They may now learn about and benefit from the POEMS project. The website has +20000 visits in a year.


ENGAGE

The ENGAGE project aims to provide school communities with the necessary awareness and competencies for the identification of early signs of student disengagement and implicit school dropout, to provide school communities with strategies to address disengagement and implicit school dropout, from three different perspectives: teachers, families, school counsellors and finally to promote the Service Learning approach as a strategy to create a supportive learning environment that prevents students from implicit school dropout. The READy project aims to enhance primary teachers’ skills on the societal and cognitive underpinnings of literacy acquisition disadvantage and on the digital solutions to tackle them; identify children at risk for learning and school difficulties, and empower transnationally universal cognitive reading-writing skills across different circumstances. Clil 4 Steam

The C4S project aims at combining the study of CLIL and STEAM. Specific objectives of the project are to provide teachers using CLIL method with necessary knowledge and skills to create their own materials, to provide teachers and students with high quality and highly transferable CLIL based teaching materials focusing on STEAM curricula, and to create a community of practice through which teachers and educators could share their CLIL materials and tips for teaching STEAM in a foreign language.The website of the project reports a link to the POEMS project from the Press and Media section


TIK

The TIK project aims to impact on pre-school pupils basic and transversal competences through the transnational comparison of traditional tales linked to the local territory in which they live with the ones linked to the cultural backgrounds of pupils coming from other countries/ethnic minorities; to enhance pre-school comprehension and communication through innovative audio-visual based approaches and tools, to implement a multidisciplinary and holistic approach to pre-primary education supported by innovative pedagogic materials for the purpose and ad hoc references methodological concepts in order to develop children’s cognitive and pre-cognitive social skills; and finally to strengthen the capacity of pre-school teachers and of pupils’ families to build cooperation patterns. Go Green

Go Green project aims at redefining disciplinary programs and educational methods through cooperation between the different institutions of education and providing theoretical-methodological schemes which are innovative and closer to the analyzed realities as well as virtuous models of action which will enhance environmental issues.The specific aims of the project are to contribute to promoting the awareness of schools communities about environmental issues and sustainable development through the promotion of a transdisciplinary approach and problem-based learning; to implement, experiment, validate, support, and disseminate training models linked to the environment and to more aware management and consumption of natural resources; and finally to enhance the contribution that the school education system can give to the environmental sustainability.
