I think it is important to understand what emotions are, how we can learn it and how we can help our students; I think this is a very important e-learning training package.
Alessandra Taurisano
Teacher (Italy)
Developing students' skills in recognizing and using emotions to facilitate critical thinking is a process that involves both emotional intelligence and analytical reflection and for a teacher it is important not only to know but also to have tools that can help them do their job better and accompany the kids towards growth in a conscious way. In each module there are different strengths: from the illustration specifically on what emotional intelligence is and how it works, to the last module in which ideas and/or methodologies are exposed that can support the teacher in being aware of the context in front of them in order to better structure their educational and teaching activities.

The E-learning Training Package provides a coherent and effective layout with a whole series of tools that are, in my opinion, FUNDAMENTAL in educational contexts where on the one hand the challenges are higher (multi-ethnic classes, situations of economic and family hardship, pervasive presence of social media...) and on the other hand the resources are decreasing, since the investments of no PNRR will not be sufficient if we do not return to putting the education system at the center of a permanent educational action! Education in emotions and the strengthening of soft/life skills are the right path for the formation of aware citizens... and this course is an easy and pleasant tool for those who still believe it is important.
Ilenia Maria Morici
Teacher (Italy)
The most interesting part is certainly related to the relationship between emotional intelligence and the development of key skills. Creating a serene learning environment, where you can express your emotions (including fears and insecurities, as well as the annoyance caused by attitudes that disturb your sensitivity) is fundamental for carrying out the work of building skills and developing knowledge. I believe it is also fundamental for obtaining a mature relationship, almost between equals as we are all people, between teachers and students.
Krista Strausa
School Teacher (Latvia)
The training course shows how emotional intelligence can improve your relationships and improve your experience. Plus, it offers practical advice on how to stay calm and focused even in stressful situations.
Liliana Giugastru
teacher (Romania)
Going through these modules has given me a better understanding of what emotions are and how we can manage them. By using the information from this project, I believe that I will be able to help my students to manage their emotions, but more importantly to know them. I believe that having this competence developed can make it easier to succeed, to relate better with others. Thank you!

The most interesting aspect of the E-learning Training Package is its flexibility, which allows me to access the training materials anytime and anywhere. It also enables me to learn at my own pace, pausing the material if I need to write down important information. Another interesting feature is the multimedia content. The videos were captivating and kept me engaged throughout the presentation. Additionally, the self-assessment tests at the end of each module allowed me to reassess the information I had just learned. The Training Package was divided into four modules, each designed to build upon the previous one.

I really appreciate all the materials due to their relevance, clarity and accessibility. This project provides clear practical resources and reliable strategies to implement exactly when we need them. I highly appreciated the package, which offers hands-on materials and techniques to use in classes presented in a clear way. This clarity enables teachers to easily integrate these resources into their lesson plans, enhancing student engagement and understanding. Both teachers and students can benefit significantly from the structured support it provides.

Psicologa (Italy)
The most interesting strengths relate to the possibility of actively participating in one's own learning process by adapting it to one's own pace and taking the time necessary to acquire all the knowledge one needs. The content is up-to-date and can be viewed flexibly over time without the obligation to attend classes in person and the lessons are for everyone across geographical and language barriers. The possibility of peer-to-peer interaction could be improved through a forum where one can discuss, share practices, solve doubts, etc.

Electronic learning packages have the potential to render the learning experience more efficacious through the integration of text, video, audio, and interactive media. This modality can prove advantageous for individuals with varied learning preferences. Furthermore, it is particularly useful for those individuals constrained by temporal limitations. Moreover, content presented in a digital format is more readily susceptible to editing and updating.

Perfect succession in the whole course - from the explanation what EI is to the methods how to become an emotionally competent teacher. In the introduction explanations are given to emotions, feelings, healthy boundaries and non-formal methods.
Tuba Demir

A standout feature is its emphasis on Real-World Applications. By integrating real-world case studies and examples, the training package helps learners translate theoretical knowledge into practical solutions, seamlessly connecting theory with real-life practice.
A. Diaconu
teacher (Romania)
It is an interesting course because of the type of intelligence it deals with, considering the deeply abstract character of great finesse and at the same time of great importance for the personal development of each student, the course is welcome for both parties involved in the training process. I appreciate the accuracy with which the topics are approached, the coherence and density of information.
Adrian Tesu

Strengths in the training package: specific illustration of what emotional intelligence is and how it works; the last module in which insights and/or methodologies are presented. They can support the teacher to be aware of the class context in order to better structure their educational and teaching activities.

The strength of Poems lies in its approach to a topic of fundamental interest to schools. It is a new, as yet little-known perspective that offers the possibility of working for the full participation of students, on learning with satisfaction, on the well-being of the entire school community. Poems offers interesting insights, an excellent bibliography and many operational examples that are an asset for teachers.

The study's strengths lie in the variety of materials utilized and its solid academic underpinning. Furthermore, the introductory sections effectively build rapport, enhancing motivation for the topic. This makes those sections the most compelling part of the packages.

As for me, it is very important to know how to develop the competence of students so they understand what emotions are and how to become emotionally competent teachers; this project has helped me a lot. It has provided me with valuable insights and strategies to foster a supportive learning environment. By focusing on emotional intelligence, I can better engage my students and guide them in developing their own emotional awareness.

All modules are very interesting, well-structured and consequential. Moreover, the training package guarantees competence to acquire expertise on topics which are essential for the professionalism of each teacher.
David Belver
Teacher (Spain)
The strenght of the online course is the simplicity of the explanations, that is to say, the theoretical part is explained with an understandable terminology. The audiovisual resources help a lot in internalizing the concepts.
Dilan Safak Ozdemir
Teacher (Turkey)
The animations were fun and informative. Learning about the relationship between secondary and tertiary emotions with primary emotions and cultural images was very productive. In the final module, the teacher presenting themselves as a model and sharing their emotions and coping methods with students makes a lot of sense. Considering that students see the teacher as a model, this would be a highly effective way for emotional learning.
Eba Etxarri
Teacher (Spain)
I have found information about emotions that can be very useful for our work and also for working on the topic of emotions with students.
Ece Unsal
Teacher (Turkey)
Emotions are made up of three parts: what we feel, how we react, and how we act. These are all different for everyone, so it's important to be able to tell the difference between emotions. This video is a great way to learn about emotions. I was also interested in research on the expressions that emotions correspond to in different cultures. I think that the videos of teachers' practice in the classroom are useful examples for teachers.
Elena Bianchi
Teacher (Italy)
I personally really liked the E-learning Training Package. What I enjoyed the most was: the visual/audio/written support for each module: for each module, I was able to watch a video and receive titles and recommendations to go deep into the topics; I appreciated the "self-assessment" at the end of each chapter; At the beginning of each chapter there is a overview of contents, helpful to receive a preview of what topics we are going to explore; All the information are based on scientific studies; The material is very easy to access and free; It is possible to participate in the course in different languages, based on people native language; People can access the course at different moments of the day, 24h/24h, everywhere.
Eneri Abeti
Teacher (Italy)
The importance given to breaking down biases and preconceptions starting first of all from a critical approach towards ourselves and our implicit and explicit biases. The higher the awareness and critical elasticity, the more the work returned to the kids will be focused on an intersectional vision in every act, conscious and culturally humble. The words we use, the way we act is an expression of our thinking and that is where we must start
Evita Pece

Multimedial materials are great for memory, they are well structured, informative and interesting. It is interesting how people can learn their emotions in diferent ways through these models.
Filomena Mirabella
Teacher (Italy)
The most interesting aspects after a first approach, were above all the multimedia materials that offer ideas and suggestions regarding the topic of emotional intelligence. Furthermore, I find that the strong point is the variety of contents divided into sub-topics, but also and above all the purpose of providing practical support that can be used during the lessons in class.
Fiora Biagi
Expert (Italy)
I find the training package extremely interesting and useful in each of its sections (I chose Module 1 as the most interesting for me solely on the basis of my very personal interest in Psychology). In my opinion there are quite a few strengths that need to be underlined: 1. the use of introductory videos that explain briefly and clearly the topics and the aims of each module; 2. its in-depth, "spiral" structure that allows trainees to follow the path they prefer and/or they need most; 3. the fact that it spans over related disciplines, such as Neurosciences, that are sometimes out of reach for teachers but offer substantial material to reflect upon; 4. the extensive literature on the topics covered; 5. the fact that there are additional materials in different languages, which allows a deeper understanding of the topics in case teachers are not extremely fluent in English

I really like the layout of the modules, it is perfectly organized and very clear to understand. The questions in each module can not be skipped without answering this is important to get real feedback from the training. Visualization of the platform could be improved the text and image or symbols could be balanced in the pages.

I found the selection of materials very interesting, especially the selected articles, for their quality. I found the construction of the teaching modules and the ease of access coherent, furthermore I believe that the choice of proposing video content in the first phase and the arrangement of the articles in the second phase is right, since it facilitates learning.

I think that the package is a very consistent and innovative resource, which ensures that teachers can rely on a structured course that effectively helps them integrate emotional insights with digital technologies. The innovative training package encourages us, educators, to explore new methodologies and tools that foster deeper connections with students. By combining these two features, the course not only maintains a solid foundation but also adapts to the evolving needs of both teachers and learners, ultimately promoting a more engaging and impactful educational environment.

As a teacher, I believe the most important thing is to find a way to have deep interaction with students, by creating an emotionally positive work environment. I learned, reading sociologist studies, how a behaviour study is a basis for better understanding that different cultural realities and contexts can change emotional states.
